Want a bit of insight into each Strength?
Step 1 - Admin & Introductions

Names, email, & WhatsApp details will be emailed to you. Once you have received the details of the participants in your group, decide who will be the administrator to send out the online meeting requests. Decide as a group which platform you will use and how often you will meet.
Down-load the Gallup App from the AppStore. You can log in using the same email address and password used to take your Strength Assessment. You'll then be able to view your Strengths on a daily basis and have quick access to your reports.
Use the App to send requests to others & share Strengths results & reports. For this you will need the exact email address the individual used to take their Strength Assessment to send a 'community' request.
Step 3 - Learning

Learning about the 34 Strengths will take place in a multitude of ways, yet as a start, who best to learn from than the individuals in your group. Get curious and ask for permission to discuss each others Strengths and Talent Patterns and how these play out in various situations. Such as when they might become triggered and why, when they are at their best because the needs of the Strengths have been met, and effective contribution has taken place. I have included 34 Cards here with the patterns and traits of each Strength, as well as various videos here which will assist with your learning. The first is a wonderful overview by Markus Buckingham, who worked with Don Clifton to bring the Strengths Assessment to the world, and the rest you can scroll through to find each of the 34 Strengths.
We encourage you to discuss these in your session to become more of who you are, remembering, no Strength acts in isolation and all Strengths are Talent = Skills + Knowledge + Passion and become a weakness unless they are an energy asset for you and for others. Also bear in mind your non-talent patterns are at the bottom of your report.

Step 2 - Your Role

Set your intentions up front.
Decide for yourself what you would like to gain from this group, sharing these and other ideas with the group.
Learn to be confidently vulnerable by asking for what you need and saying when you don’t have the answer. This will allow others to feel comfortable knowing you are all in this together.
Allow others to be your Johari Window in that they may freely share the sides of your Strengths you may not see. This way learning can be exponential as you begin to understand how others experience you too.
